I am a therapist from Tennessee!

I’ve been married for 12 amazing years and I’m a mom to a spunky eight-year-old and two energetic five-year-old twins. 🥰

I now work as a self care coach for moms where I help busy moms understand how to truly look after themselves, so that they can look after others, laugh more, and fall back in love with motherhood.

My story

I used to experience deep cycles of burnout which later spiralled into anxiety and depression.

I had all the right tools as a licensed therapist (and was giving all my mom friends advice) but I wasn’t following it myself. 🤔

I always felt like I was missing out on key moments in my children's lives and one day, my daughter asked me “why are you always hiding in your room?”

This was the breaking point for me.

I knew there had to be a better way.

That was the moment I decided to transform my life and make my own self-care a priority and since seeing the transformative benefits that REAL self love can have, I will never sacrifice taking care of myself again.

And now I help YOU do the same. ❤️
